No-Li Wrecking Ball Imperial Stout (WA) $19.50
This beer is truly a wrecking ball of the senses. Jet black, opaque color with a dense, creamy tan head. Chocolate and roasted barley malt dominate the aroma with sweet and fruity flavors to follow. Bittersweet and full-bodied, the flavors are massive, yet balanced and refined. 100 IBUs 9.5% abv

Sweet Barbados and blackstrap molasses provide touches of toasted sugar, black licorice and blackened toffee while the palm sugars invite notes of subtle sweetness. As the beer conditions in Puerto Rican rum barrels, the vanilla and subtle oak flavors and aromas develop and integrate with the Calypso hops’ soft tropical and stone fruit aromas. 30 IBUs 9.5% abv

WIDMER BROTHERS® Raspberry Russian Imperial Stout ’12 (OR) $24.50
An extremely rich and complex beer, the addition of raspberries during the fermentation process results in an almost purplish opaque color with a beautiful brown head. Warm chocolate and roasty notes complement the hop bitterness. 70 IBUs 9.3% abv

Barrel Aged Brrrbon ’11 is a smooth winter warmer. Following the initial brewing process of Brrr, the beer was given a fresh charge of hops during secondary fermentation and then put into Kentucky bourbon barrels and aged for four months. After barrel aging, the beer was allowed a tertiary fermentation for final conditioning before release. 40 IBUs 9.5% abv

American CABOOSE Oatmeal Stout (WA) $16.50
This oatmeal stout is dark brown to almost black in color with a rich cream colored head. It has a pleasant, full-bodied, smooth flavor profile with an aromatic blend of coffee, oats, and roasted malts. It has a rich and smooth finish with a subtle hint of dark chocolate. 30 IBUs 6.2% ABV

Silver City® Fat Scotch Ale (WA) $18.50
Pours a clear mahogany with medium head. Aroma is caramel malts and vanilla. Taste is a mix of sweet caramel, dark fruit, vanilla, oak and alcohol. Drinks very smoothly, yet has a complex profile. Lightly bitter finish to balance. 30 IBUs 9.2% abv

Blending 7 different malts to produce flavors of chocolate and walnuts, this rich mahogany porter has subtle fruity notes, a moderate bitterness that balances the roasted malt, and a dry finish that carries through to the end. 33 IBUs 5.5% abv

Rich dark malts and spicy rye careen into bold, citrus-laden hops, creating a new dimension in IPA flavor. This brew has been left unfiltered and unfined to retain all of its texture and character. Wookey Jack is gnarly on the outside, yet complex and refined on the inside. 80 IBUs 8.3% abv
