GET STARTED:
Start off your dining experience with one of our daily chef inspired soups. A few of our favorite specialty soups include: Tomato Cheddar, Split Pea & Ham, Beef Barley, Green Chili Chicken, and Crab & Corn Bisque. Clam Chowder is available daily as well as our fresh-baked, homemade rolls.
Soup not available during Saturday and Sunday brunch.

FRESH MARKET:
Our Fresh market includes a full salad bar with daily themed salads. Our daily themed salads include, but are not limited to, Caesar Salad, Cobb Salad, Chef Salad, Oriental Salad, Mediterranean Salad, Taco Salad, and Northwest Salad. Our salad bar also includes some our specialty house-made salads, like our Asian Peanut Noodle Salad, Bacon Potato Salad, Crab Salad, Greek Pasta Salad, and/or our homemade Coleslaw.

HOT ENTRÉES:
We have a large variety of hot entrées available and changing daily. A few of our Hot Entrées include, but are not limited to: Grilled Chicken, Baked Salmon, Beef and Pork. We have a variety of fresh Seafood, Vegetables, Potatoes, and Pasta.

CARVING STATION:
Our Chef Carving Station is available daily. It includes but is not limited to: Baron of Beef, Prime Rib, London Broil, Turkey, Lamb, Pork Loin, and Pork Steamship. During our Saturday and Sunday Brunch we carve a Pit Ham served with our signature Bourbon Glaze.

CUSTOM MADE:
We offer a Custom Made: build-your-own pasta bar. First, your choices of noodles are Linguine, Tortellini, Rotini, or Penne. Next, you choose one of our delicious homemade sauces: Marinara, Alfredo, or Pesto. Lastly, choose from our variety of fresh ingredients, including but not limited to: Grilled Chicken, Italian Sausage, Meatballs, Shrimp, Bay Scallops, Mushrooms, Broccoli, Red Peppers, and Green Peppers. Top it off with your choice of Parmesan, Red Pepper Flakes, or Green Onions.
Build your own pasta bar not available during Saturday and Sunday Brunch.

TEMPTATIONS:
For dessert, we have a wide variety of Cakes, Cheesecakes, Cream Pies, Citrus Pies, and Streusel Pies. We have selection of Sugar-Free desserts available as well, including: Sugar-Free Cream Pies, Cookies and Ice Cream.

SATURDAY AND SUNDAY BRUNCH
We offer a build your own waffle bar with fresh toppings, including Maple Syrup, Strawberries, Blueberries, and Whipped Cream.
You can also choose from our fresh ingredients at the Omelet Bar to create an omelet just to your liking. Our ingredients include, but are not limited to: Sausage, Bacon, Ham, Shrimp, Mushrooms, Onions, Green Onions, Jalapenos, Red Peppers, Green Peppers, and Olives.
