Hotel

Please call our Reservation Center at 866.383.0777 for personal service.
Hotel rooms are 100% non-smoking.

Check-In:
  • Check-in begins at 4:00pm or as your room becomes available.
  • A credit card must be provided to secure the reservation must be presented by the credit card holder upon check-in. Upon arrival, the remainder of the stay is payable at check-in.
  • We accept cash, traveler's checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We do not accept personal or business checks.
  • Valid identification (driver's license, government photo ID, military photo ID, passport, state-issued ID) required upon check-in.
Check-Out:
  • Check-out is by 11:00am.
Early Check-In & Late Check-Out:
  • Early check-in and late check-out are available for an additional fee based on availability. Checking out past the designated late check-out time will incur additional charges.
Cancellations:
  • To avoid the cancellation fee, please cancel your reservation before 4:00pm on the day prior to your arrival date.

  • Guests must be 21 years of age or older to reserve or check-in a room.
  • Children 18 years of age and under stay free with an adult in the room.
  • Hotel rooms are 100% non-smoking.
  • Pets are not allowed within the resort. Service animals must be registered at check-in.
  • Credit cards will be authorized for the first-night room rental in U.S. dollars and will be charged to your credit or debit card after 4pm on the day of arrival.
  • All requests for the room type, bedding, and location are based upon availability and cannot be guaranteed.
  • Rates are based on single or double occupancy. All rates listed are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Our pool, pool area, and whirlpools feature adult-only and family hours.
  • Unless posted otherwise:
    • Indoor Pool open at 9:00am-11:00pm with Adults-only swim 7:00am-9:00am and 9:00pm-11:00pm
    • Fitness Center open at 7:00am-11:00pm
  • Spa treatment reservations are strongly recommended.
  • The Spa may close at any time without notice to service the area, or due to crisis.
  • Advance reservations for guest rooms are strongly recommended.
  • We accept cash, traveler's checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We do not accept personal or business checks.
  • Game Cash check cashing available on-premises.
  • Online availability is limited. To check on availability call 866.383.0777.
  • Silver Reef Hotel Casino Spa shall not be responsible for late, lost, damaged, misdirected, incorrectly addressed, incomplete, illegible, undeliverable or destroyed online reservation requests.

Gift Shop

Return Policy

At this time, the Gift Shop will not be honoring any returns.

Gift Cards/E-Gift Cards

For e-gift card purchases, you must present your barcode at time of purchase.
Acceptable E-gift card barcode redemptions include:

  1. The email with barcode included.
  2. Screenshot of the barcode sent to your email.
  • No gift card (e-gift card or physical gift card)  is redeemable for cash or gaming.
  • Silver Reef Casino Resort and Loomis Trail Golf are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards.
  • It is the sole responsibility of the cardholder to monitor and maintain balance.
  • Service fees may be applicable if the gift card is unused after 12 months.
  • Terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
  • Card valid at Silver Reef Casino Resort and Loomis Trail Golf.
  • Management reserves all rights.

Service Animals

We welcome service animals. Pets are not allowed. The following outlines our service animal policy. Under the ADA, a service animal is defined as an animal that has been individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability. The task(s) performed by the service animal must be directly related to the person's disability.

Service animals:

  • Are permitted to go wherever their handler is permitted to go.
  • Are allowed even if others have a fear or allergies to the service animal.
  • Must be under the handler's control at all times - in most cases, this means on a harness or leash.
  • Must be housebroken.
  • Must not pose a legitimate, direct threat to health or safety.
  • Do not have to be allowed to sit on furniture meant for guests or to eat from dishware provided in our restaurants.
  • Are not pets. The Silver Reef Casino Resort "No Pet" policy does not apply.
  • If visiting the hotel:
    • Must be registered at the time of check-in with the hotel front desk.
    • Cannot be left unattended at any time in a hotel room.
    • Are permitted in the pool area, however, not inside the pool or spa.

Mobile Applications:

If you choose to use our mobile application, the following information may be collected:

  • Geo-Location Information: We may request access or permission to track location-based information from your mobile device, either continuously or while you are using our mobile application, to provide location-based services. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device’s settings.
  • Mobile Device Access: We may request access or permission to certain features from your mobile device, including your mobile device’s Bluetooth, calendar, camera, reminders, sensors, SMS messages, social media accounts, storage, and other features. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device’s settings.

  • Push Notifications: We may request to send you push notifications regarding your account or the Application. If you wish to opt-out of receiving these types of communications, you may turn them off in your device’s settings.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Silver Reef Casino Resort mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

The App is intended solely for individuals 18 years of age or older. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. Silver Reef Casino Resort reserves the right to restrict or revoke access if eligibility requirements are not met.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update such information as necessary. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information or that are associated with prohibited conduct.

4. Permitted Use and Prohibited Conduct

The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to:

  • Misuse, abuse, or exploit promotional offers or rewards.
  • Attempt to bypass security measures or manipulate App functionality.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App or its systems.
  • Reverse engineer, copy, scrape, or modify any portion of the App.
  • Use the App for fraudulent, unlawful, or unauthorized purposes

Violation of these terms may result in suspension or permanent termination of access.

5. No Gambling or Wagering via the App

The App does not facilitate real-money gambling, wagering, or gaming of any kind. All gaming activities take place solely on the physical premises of Silver Reef Casino Resort and are subject to applicable laws, regulations, and casino policies.

6. Rewards Program and Promotions

The App provides access to rewards program information, promotional offers, and resort-related content. All promotions are subject to specific terms, conditions, eligibility requirements, expiration dates, and on-property or location-based verification. Participation in the rewards program may be governed by additional terms, which are incorporated by reference.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Silver Reef Casino Resort and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, including technical failures, lost rewards, or interrupted access.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Silver Reef Casino Resort and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Lummi Nation and, where applicable, the State of Washington. Any disputes arising from use of the App shall be resolved exclusively within the appropriate tribal or state jurisdiction.
