Standard Promotional Rules

Promotion rules will be posted and available at the Reef Rewards player's club.

Standard Silver Reef Casino Promotional Rules:

1. As used herein, “SRC” means Silver Reef Casino Resort.
2. Must be at least eighteen (18) years or older and a member of the Reef Rewards Club to participate.
3. Membership is free.
4. Employees of SRC are not eligible to participate in promotions.
5. Reef Rewards Players Club membership and valid photo identification are required to participate.
6. Offers and winnings are non-transferable.
7. All Guests who are self-banned or casino- banned are ineligible to earn entries or claim prizes for this promotion.
8. SRC is not responsible for:
   1. Late, lost, or misdirected mail notifying Guest(s) of the promotion.
   2. Electronic transmission errors, fraud, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions, or delays resulting in an inability to participate or select from a prize for this promotion.
   3. Technical, hardware, software, or communication failures of any kind.
   4. Lost or unavailable connections, whether caused by SRC, users, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the promotion, or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions, and may limit, restrict, or prevent a participant’s ability to participate in a promotion.
   5. Downtime due to system maintenance or outage may limit promotional participation; promotions will resume upon restoration of systems and/or services.
9. Offers issued from duplicate accounts are invalid.
10. SRC reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the promotion. If, for any reason, the promotion is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to tampering, fraud, or any other causes within or beyond the control of SRC (which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this promotion).
11. Management reserves the right to make all decisions regarding the administration of this promotion, whether the rules exist or are non-existent at the time of submission.
12. Guest acknowledges full acceptance of rules, terms, and conditions through participation in this promotion.
13. We will report all criminal and all fraudulent activity to the Tribal Gaming Agency.
14. It is the guest's responsibility to ensure their Reef Rewards card is functioning properly in slot machines and is open for rating in table games.
15. All applicable taxes relating to the winning of any of the prizes are the sole responsibility of the participant. Participants with cumulative winnings over $600 for the year will receive a 1099. A Social Security number is required, per IRS, for winnings equal to or greater than $100 (refer to http://www.irs.gov/ on the IRS website).
16. Winners are responsible for any titles or licenses for any of the prizes. Winners will receive a W2G, when applicable, provided by SRC or Lummi Nation (only if applicable).
17. Guest participation in this promotion allows SRC the right to use any photos for marketing and promotional purposes.
18. Any Guest who attempts to use a Reef Rewards Club Card other than their own will disqualify both parties. SRC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or any misuse of Reef Rewards Club Cards.
19. All general promotional rules apply.
20. SRC Management reserves the right to void any registration and/or change, cancel, or modify this promotion without notice to the public.
21. SRC Management will resolve any dispute or situation not covered by the above rules in a manner deemed by them to be the fairest to all concerned, and the decision shall be final and binding on all participants.
22. The interpretation of the rules, eligibility, etc., is the sole discretion of the Silver Reef Casino, and all decisions are final.
